boAt x Amazon Prime Terms and Conditions
This INR 150 off on Amazon Prime membership on boAt products above INR 999 offer ("Offer") is provided by Imagine Marketing India Limited (boAt) ("Brand") and made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") on the website www.amazon.in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, "Amazon.in") .
These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale which are applicable to end customers availing the Offer, to which you agree by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to this Offer only.
This Offer is valid between 22nd August 2024 00:00 Hrs and 31 October 2024 23:59 Hrs ("Offer Period"), unless extended or revoked by the Brand in its sole discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability.
Under this Offer, any customer who during the Offer Period, purchases certain boAt products above INR 999 of the Brand on boAt website (“Eligible Customers”) will be eligible to receive an Amazon Prime Voucher worth INR 150 from the Brand that can be redeemed and adjusted towards payments for subscription of an Amazon Prime Membership (“Benefit”). The Amazon Prime Voucher will be valid for redemption until 30th December 2024.
The Eligible Customers will receive the Amazon Prime Voucher code on their WhatsApp. The said codes can only be redeemed on www.amazon.in/vouchers and will be valid till 30 December 2024.
The Amazon Prime Voucher, under this Offer is issued by Pine Labs Private Limited and provided by the Brand to the total exclusion of Amazon. The use and redemption of the Amazon Prime Voucher will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions, available here.
By participating in this Offer, each customer expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with the customer’s use or delivery or misuse of any product purchased on Amazon.in or delivery or non-delivery of the products or the Benefits provided under this Offer.
In the event a customer fails to comply with any provision of these Offer Terms, such customer will not be eligible to receive the Benefit under this Offer.
The Benefit under this Offer will be provided to the Eligible Customer within 30 days of the delivery of the product.
The customer is not bound in any manner to participate in or avail the Offer. This Offer is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in or availing the Offer is voluntary.
The participation of customer will be deemed to be withdrawn from this Offer, if the purchase transaction: (a) is cancelled (for any reason whatsoever) by the customer; or (b) is returned by the customer or (c) the Amazon Prime Voucher is not redeemed by 30 December 2024 through the prescribed URL.
Brand reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change any or all these Offer Terms, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
Brand reserves the right to disqualify any customer from availing the Benefits under the Offer if it is found that any fraudulent activity is identified (such as publication or sale of Amazon Prime Voucher) as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
Brand undertakes no responsibility in case the Amazon Prime Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. The Brand shall not be obliged for replacement of the Amazon Prime Voucher in the identified circumstances.
Neither Amazon nor any of its affiliates make any warranty of any kind, express or implied in relation to this Offer (including, without limitation with respect to the status, fulfilment of the Offer or the Benefits). The customer hereby releases Amazon and its affiliates from liability of any kind relating to the mentioned above.
Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon and its affiliates to conduct further, similar or other offers.
All decisions related to the Offer are final and binding on the customer. Failure by Amazon and/or Brand to enforce any of these Offer Terms, in any instance, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim against Amazon and/or Brand by any person.
These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes in relation to this Offer.
The Benefits under this Offer are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable. The Benefit cannot be negotiated or refunded, and under any circumstances, no cash equivalent will be given. Only the beneficiary being the Eligible Customer under the Offer himself or herself, and no other person or agent, may claim the Benefit.
Under no circumstances, will the Benefit provided under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof.
Any customer availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
Other important instructions and FAQs:
Receiving the membership:
- Customers will receive a WhatsApp from boAt containing the Amazon Prime Voucher code in form of an alphanumeric code
- Customers must have a valid WhatsApp number registered with Amazon to be able to receive the e-mail
- The Offer is valid once per customer
Claiming Prime membership:
- Copy the Amazon Prime Voucher from the WhatsApp, and visit www.amazon.in/vouchers
- Enter the voucher code (13-digit alphanumeric code) under ‘Claim New’
- Click on 'Add to your vouchers'. INR 150 (voucher amount) is now updated as your Prime Voucher balance
- Click on Prime Voucher to move to the next page and choose your Prime plan
- Pay through eligible voucher balance and pay balance amount through other payment modes (UPI, debit & credit cards, net banking)
- Select address and complete your sign up journey
- Enjoy your Prime membership benefits
Redemption conditions:
The code is valid till 30 December 2024
If customer is not logged into Amazon account, he/she will be promoted to login to his/her account
If the customer does not have an Amazon account, he/she will be prompted to create an Amazon account
The Prime membership can only be claimed if the customer has a valid Amazon account
Amazon Prime membership cannot be claimed through Business Accounts
Amazon Prime Voucher cannot be used to purchase Prime membership plans if customer has telecom provider (Airtel, VI, Jio etc.) activated Prime membership on the same Amazon account.
Existing Amazon Prime members who purchased Amazon Prime/Prime Lite membership via Google Play are not eligible to redeem Amazon Prime Voucher for extending/upgrading the Amazon Prime membership.
